Description

Salary: USD 150,000–180,000 Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvements Resolve customer support issues Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team Collaborate and work cross functionally with other departments and customers Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar professional fields Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP SAP Deployment experience is a must Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integration Peoplesoft experience is a plus Prior experience working in a rapid development environment Strong written/oral communication and project management skills The salary range offered for this position is between $150,000 to $180,000 annually. This may be subject to change depending on the candidate's experience and skillset.
