    "descriptionText": "Salary: USD 150,000–180,000\n\n Description\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA\n Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA\n Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives\n Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design\n Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement\n Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers\n Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvements\n Resolve customer support issues\n Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team\n Collaborate and work cross functionally with other departments and customers\n Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes\n Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics\n\n Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar professional fields\n Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience\n Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP \n SAP Deployment experience is a must\n Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integration\n Peoplesoft experience is a plus\n Prior experience working in a rapid development environment\n Strong written/oral communication and project management skills\n\nThe salary range offered for this position is between $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
