This includes keeping all floorcare equipment in a clean and safe operational condition.  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing facility with floorcare in accordance with policies and procedures to facilitate a clean and safe floor environment</li>\n <li>Maintaining and following established floorcare tasks according to facility guidelines to ensure compliance</li>\n <li>Following chemical instructions to properly mix solutions and ensuring adequate cleaning results</li>\n <li>Maintaining knowledge of all pertinent regulations, policies and procedures to provide a clean and safe environment for the residents, staff and visitors</li>\n <li>Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and their care to ensure residents rights, privacy and property are protected at all times</li>\n <li>Complying with safety requirements, infection control measures, and maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with facility policy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Floorcare Technician Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have experience in floorcare</li>\n <li>The ability to minimize wasting of supplies and misuse of equipment</li>\n <li>Thea ability to get along with departments as a Team Player</li>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED is preferred</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of floorcare experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>",
