As a company driven on customer service and a high-quality product, we strive to offer leading edge technology and our team of technicians are driven to provide the highest quality possible.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a CGSB Certified UT Technician to join and contribute to our team. This is a full-time permanent position that will support our operations based out of Red Deer, AB.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up, calibrate, and verify ultrasonic testing (UT) equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of inspection results.</li>\n <li>Execute NDE/NDT inspections using approved UT methods and techniques, with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Interpret and evaluate ultrasonic test data to identify discontinuities and assess acceptance criteria.</li>\n <li>Accurately document, organize, and report inspection results in a clear and timely manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company quality programs, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Assist with additional NDT methods (MT, PT, etc.) and general inspection tasks as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment, ensure proper care of tools, and uphold a clean and organized work environment.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients to support project execution and timelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CGSB Ultrasonic Testing (UTI or UTII).</li>\n <li>Additional CGSB certifications will be considered an asset. </li>\n <li>Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented.</li>\n <li>Exceptional safety and quality awareness.</li>\n <li>Be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally (English).</li>\n <li>Be able to pass a vision and color detection test.</li>\n <li>Willing to learn and assist in various inspection techniques.</li>\n <li>Possess a valid driver’s license minimum (class 5) with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to work well within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why work with Echo NDE?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We understand that a team is shaped by its leaders and their ability to bring the best out in everyone.
