This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects&#xa0;end‑to‑end&#xa0;and has a strong command of the decision gate process —from&#xa0;initial&#xa0;scoping and budgeting through execution, closeout, and handover, within an integrated team.&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate is a&#xa0;self‑directed&#xa0;leader with strong financial acumen, deep experience in regulated industries, and the ability to communicate fluently with other project management professionals using standard PM methodologies and terminology.&#xa0;</p><p><em>*Expectation to work onsite in Whiting, IN*</em></p><p>Key Responsibilities&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Project Delivery</strong><ul><li>Plan, execute, and close projects across engineering, construction, or energy transition portfolios</li><li>Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost targets</li></ul></li><li><strong>Planning &amp; Scheduling</strong><ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, an d schedules</li><li>Track progress and adjust plans to meet changing project needs</li></ul></li><li><strong>Budget &amp; Cost Control</strong><ul><li>Manage CAPEX budgets and forecasts</li><li>Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial targets</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><ul><li>Interface with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external stakeholders</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors, regulators, and partners</li></ul></li><li><strong>Risk Management</strong><ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks</li></ul></li><li>Implement contingency plans to maintain delivery objectives</li><li><strong>HSSE Compliance</strong><ul><li>Ensure adherence to bp’s <strong>health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE)</strong> standards</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities</li></ul></li><li><strong>Reporting &amp; Governance</strong><ul><li>Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project performance</li><li>Maintain project documentation and governance controls&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable</strong></li></ul>",
