You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other technicians to ensure systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, configure, and maintain electronic security systems (e.g., cameras, alarms, access control).</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot system malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clients to explain system operations and provide basic training.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed service records and reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in electronic security system installation and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and networking basics.</li>\n <li>Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., ESA, NICET, manufacturer-specific) are a plus.</li>\n <li>OSHA30 Certification</li>\n <li>Aerial Lift Training Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Skills:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with installations & service in Access Control, IP Security Camera, Burglar Alarm & Fire Alarm Systems</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of IP networking and structured cabling.</li>\n <li>Experience with tools like multimeters, cable testers, and power tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary based on experience.
