If this inspires you, we’d love to hear from you!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We would be open to considering anywhere in Europe for this role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What will you be doing?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and maintain strong relationships with beqom’s pay equity clients through regular communication and engagement, as their primary point of contact. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide onboarding, support, and guidance to clients on best practices for using PayAnalytics by beqom, creating training materials as needed.           </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">To ensure client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and communicate client feedback to the development team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(14, 14, 14); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide expert guidance to clients, delivering professional services that maximize their use of the software to achieve their pay equity and transparency goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience in pay equity, HR and compensation/benefits would be an advantage. Other relevant experience, such as consulting can also be valuable in this role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A degree in business, human resources, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable working with data and able to provide clear insights to clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple client projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills, is a required qualification for this position.
