From day one, you will have access to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off that accrues over time. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and continuous education.</li>\n <li>Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Flexible spending and health savings accounts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Become the Nutrition Service Supervisor you always wanted to be</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports Nutrition Service Manager in absence.</li>\n <li>Performs and documents all purchasing, receiving and inventory control of food and supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintains sanitation and proper temperatures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Maintains correct food handling techniques to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Determines quality (taste/temperature/appearance), quantity, and portion size of food required.</li>\n <li>Ensures production for both patient meals and cafeteria line are properly coordinated.</li>\n <li>Ensures proper handling of cash/tickets and cash/ticket reports.</li>\n <li>Coordinates dietetic services with other departments.</li>\n <li>Purchases food; assists with and assigns duties for special needs or special occasions.</li>\n <li>Ensures in-service education meetings are held and courses are completed as required by company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician registration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if required by state or regulatory agency.</li>\n <li>Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if mandated by state or regulatory agency.</li>\n <li>Graduate of an associate degree program in food service preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, administration, and operation of hospital food services, and knowledge of all H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.</li>\n <li>Two years of healthcare food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
