Apply today or refer a qualified friend. </p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time-Off</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n <li>Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process. </li>\n <li>Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders. </li>\n <li>Recruit, hire and develop associates for the Financial Services Department. </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. </li>\n <li>Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options. </li>\n <li>Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services. </li>\n <li>Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership. </li>\n <li>Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivity. </li>\n <li>Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner. </li>\n <li>Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience. </li>\n <li>Supervise the financial services associates to ensure individual and department goals are met. </li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in a dealership F&I Department, automotive sales, or in the selling of financial products required. </li>\n <li>Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office:  E-mail, Excel and Word.ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus. </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. </li>\n <li>Great attitude with high-energy personality. </li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills. </li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic. </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail. </li>\n <li>Ability to work well in a process driven environment. </li>\n <li>Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>College degree or experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*</em></p>\n<p><em>Group 1 Automotive is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.</em></p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
