Our team knows our associates are our best asset, and we treat our associates as we do our members: with kindness, humility and respect. Spanish&nbsp;Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, Montana.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong>The <strong><em>Member Services Associate</em></strong> is responsible for ensuring a wonderful member experience through excellent customer service. This position plays an integral role in the guest&rsquo;s stay as the Member Services Associate is often one of the first individuals that a guest interacts with.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong><em><u>&nbsp;</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Job duties include; although are not limited to:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Greeting guests with friendly and sincere welcome</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Providing information and assistance to guests regarding club attractions or points of interest</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Actively engages to get to know members and their preferences</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Booking reservations for guests both within the club and at outside facilities</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Properly logging guests requests and performing follow up with guests</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Familiarizing oneself with each day&rsquo;s arrival and group activities</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintaining communication with other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ensuring any incoming and outgoing packages are logged and delivered appropriately</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Monitoring and scheduling Valet and booking guest transportation with Club&#39;s contracted vendor</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong><em><u>&nbsp;</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">College degree preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in a club preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in customer service</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Excellent telephone etiquette</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Exceptional guest recovery skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must possess a positive attitude</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be willing to participate in a learning environment</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must integrate company values throughout all interactions</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be able to quickly and effectively adapt to using new software products</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be dependable and available to work within the hotel on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must have a valid driver&#39;s license</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong><em><u>&nbsp;</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be able to stand for an extended period of time, approximately six hours.
