          "text": "<p><span>Requirements</span></p><ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience</li></ul><ul><li>Associate's Degree required, BS/BA preferred</li></ul><ul><li><span>One or more years of progressively more responsible programming and/or report writing experience, including working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, etc. </span></li><li><span>Strongly prefer CCL programming experience, MPage/web programming experience, and/or, PowerInsight/Business Objects (WEBI/INFOVIEW) programming experience. </span></li><li><span>One or more years of progressively more responsible Discern Expert and/or PM Rules programming experience desired.</span></li><li>Comprehensive working knowledge of computer systems analysis and programming techniques and procedures, including: consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications; design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, coding, debugging, or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user design specifications.</li><li>Working knowledge of application development, implementation, enhancement and support methods and practices.</li><li>Working knowledge of IS standards and quality methods and metrics.</li><li>Working knowledge of project management methods.</li><li>General familiarity of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the applications</li><li>Travel Requirements: 5 - 40% domestic US travel (depending on projects).</li></ul>",
