    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Independence Title</strong> in <strong>Austin, Texas</strong>, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a <strong>Commercial Title Policy Typist</strong> responsible for preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies for complex real estate transactions and requires knowledge of title commitments, endorsements, and closing practices.
