    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>Process and analyze accounts receivable transactions for multiple business units while fostering positive relationships with customers</p><p><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Obtain daily deposit information from the bank (lockbox, ACH, and incoming electronic deposits)&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Download and reconcile customer remittances to daily deposits including identification of short payments, disputes, and program credits taken by customer&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Apply payments to correct customer accounts and transactions&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintain deduction and payment discrepancy reporting for researching and resolving variances as needed&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Interact with customers (internal and external) to resolve payment discrepancies including, but not limited to, pricing or quantity discrepancies and missing remittance detail&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Foster professional relationships with customer organizations&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Assist with other accounting initiatives as needed&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year accounting associate&rsquo;s degree or higher preferred&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; 1 year minimum of business work experience&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Prior experience in a multi-factory or multi-division company preferred&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Great Plains, or SAP&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Process-driven with the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Solid work ethic demonstrating strict attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills</p><p>MON123</p><p>RISE123</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><em>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington and New York Residents Only:&nbsp;</em></strong><em>The hourly range for this role is $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
