This includes responsibility for operations, personnel, budget, reimbursement, marketing, and management.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll be Doing:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Lead the Wound Healing &amp; Hyperbaric Program, ensuring compliance with CFWH standards, hospital protocols, and regulatory bodies (e.g., Joint Commission, UHMS).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Oversee day-to-day operations, equipment, space, and supplies management.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Run, process, and submit reports as required for hospital and CFWH staff; making recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Prepare audit reports and implement action plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met, including in-service training and staff competency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Manage staff, including but not limited to, handling performance evaluations, staff development, and disciplinary actions.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Organize regular staff meetings to ensure communication and operational efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">5+ years of management experience with direct reports required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">3+ years of previous healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital outpatient wound care environment and in a program operation setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">3+ years of sales and marketing experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from approved agency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Basic financial/profit and loss knowledge.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office or related systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 18px;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
