If you're looking for strong earnings, modern equipment, excellent benefits, and year-round opportunity, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Average Gross Weekly Earnings: <strong>$4,000 to $6,000+ </strong><em>average gross weekly revenue range depending on seasonal demand and total volume.</em></p><ul><li>Line Haul Split: <strong>70% line haul revenue </strong><em>paid directly to owner/operator</em></li><li>Fuel surcharge: <strong>100% pass-through </strong><em>on all fuel surcharges to offset your fuel expenses</em></li><li>Weekly settlement: <em>Prompt, transparent weekly settlements with direct deposit</em></li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Safely transport propane and butane (UN1075) throughout Indiana and surrounding areas.</li><li>Load product from terminals including:    <ul>      <li><strong>Huntington, IN</strong></li>      <li><strong>Mentone, IN</strong></li>      <li><strong>Seymour, IN</strong></li>      <li><strong>Oakland City, IN</strong></li>    </ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Deliver to multiple customer locations while maintaining the highest safety standards.</p><ul><li>Load and unload tanker trailers using hoses and pumping equipment.</li><li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li><li>Accurately maintain in-cab electronic logs (ELD) and accurately log hours of service.</li><li>Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.</li><li>Properly manage tanker equipment, valves, hoses, and strict placarding requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Regional/OTR operation dispatched from the Ft Wayne, Indiana area.</li><li>Typical schedule: <strong>5 days out, 2 days home</strong>.</li><li>One weekend day availability required.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Class A CDL</li><li>Hazmat (H) Endorsement Required (prior to hire)</li><li>Tanker (T) Endorsement Required (prior to hire)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience</li><li>Acceptable driving record with zero major recent safety violations or preventable accidents</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sub-freezing temperatures</li><li>Ability to safely handle hoses and tanker equipment and wear required PPE, including cold-insulating gear and face shields</li></ul><p><strong>Truck and Equipment Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>DOT Compliance: <em>tractor must pass a full DOT inspection upon sign-on, as well as routine inspections while in use</em></li><li>Logging Tech: <em>must always run an ELD system while signed on with us</em></li><li>Wet kit: <em>hydropack/wet kit required to spin the hydraulic pump on the trailer for offloading operations</em></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why DHT?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At DHT, we believe professional drivers deserve professional treatment.
