The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Dual Rate Dealer to join our team!  You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.  </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deals accurately and procedurally correct.</li>\n <li>Practices and supports Monarch’s courtesy guidelines at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.</li>\n <li>Handles customer transactions for \"buy-ins\" and \"pay-offs\".</li>\n <li>Verifies fills and credits of the game.</li>\n <li>Notifies Casino Games Supervisor of any irregularities in customer play and/or transactions during shift.</li>\n <li>Takes losing bets and pays winning bets in accordance with house rules and procedures.</li>\n <li>Protects the security of the game and handles money and chips.</li>\n <li>Oversee daily operations of the Table Games Department.</li>\n <li>Trains, coaches, and counsels Team Members proactively.</li>\n <li>Ensures cards are dealt accurately and procedurally correct.</li>\n <li>Practices and supports Monarch’s courtesy guidelines at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.</li>\n <li>Manages the administration of fills/credits, players' ratings, keeps track of markers, and rundowns.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.</li>\n <li>Previous dealing experience (at least 1 year) or completion of dealing school required.</li>\n <li>Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak and write English.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.</li>\n <li>Strong general mathematical skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to stand for duration of shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands.</li>\n <li>Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Full Time Team Members (30+ hours) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off.</li>\n <li>6 Observed Holidays and Holiday Pay.</li>\n <li>Health Benefit Insurance Package after 90 days includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k with company match.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part Time and Full Time Team Members (TMs) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 Free Hot Meal per shift and Unlimited Beverages</li>\n <li>Up to 48 hours of Sick Pay for Team Members Under 30 hrs per Week</li>\n <li>80% Subsidized Bus Transportation Options </li>\n <li>Free Covered Parking</li>\n <li>Education/Tuition/Certification Reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year)</li>\n <li>Wardrobe/Uniforms and Dry Cleaning Provided Free of Charge for most positions</li>\n <li>Career Development and Advancement Programs</li>\n <li>Team Member Anniversary Recognition (earn resort credit, vacation trips and more!)</li>\n <li>Team Member Hotel, Retail and Spa Discounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
