While the ideal candidate will have a solid experience, working in our restaurant will require an eagerness for learning and development.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Display a warm, personalized and caring welcome by greeting our guests upon arrival to their table.</li>\n <li>Present menus, answer questions and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings.</li>\n <li>Place guest’s orders according to cooking and prep times, ensuring a seamless and impeccable service.</li>\n <li>Partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations.</li>\n <li>Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction and collect additional feedback and insights.</li>\n <li>Respond to additional guests requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.</li>\n <li>Clean and set up the dining areas for the following service.</li>\n <li>Refill service areas according to the departments’ standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exhibit food knowledge.</li>\n <li>Must be able to detail and define all ingredients on the food menu, and recommend menu pairings accordingly.</li>\n <li>Must be familiar with cooking methods and prep times.</li>\n <li>Display wine and beverage knowledge.</li>\n <li>Must maintain accuracy of all items on the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu.</li>\n <li>Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.</li>\n</ul>",
