    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We're looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support customers across a range of Business Process Management (BPM), process management and document management platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in IT support, application support, business systems or technical analysis who wants to develop their skills in enterprise software, reporting, process improvement and digital transformation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You'll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting customer environments, resolving technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and migrations, and helping organisations improve the way they manage and optimise their business processes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting customers across BPM, workflow and document management platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with system administration, configuration, maintenance and upgrades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Investigating and resolving application and system issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting platform migration projects, including testing and validation activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creating reports, dashboards and data extracts using SQL, Power BI and other reporting tools where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participating in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining support documentation, knowledge articles and configuration records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working with internal teams, software vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contributing to service improvements and customer success initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What we're looking for:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in an IT support, application support, service desk, technical analyst or similar role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good communication and customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with business applications or enterprise software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of BPM, workflow, process mapping or document management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with SQL, databases or reporting tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience using Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of cloud and on-premise software environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting software testing, upgrades or migrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with external customers or stakeholders.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">If you're looking to build a career in business systems, enterprise software and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you.</span></p>",
