This position works with the Program Director and direct care staff members to ensure that all services provided are of the highest quality, meet applicable law and regulatory body standards, and carry out the organizational mission.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> include the following:</p><ol><li>In conjunction with Chief Clinical Officer and/or Program Director, develops, implements, supervises, and evaluates appropriate age/population specific clinical services including continuum of care.</li><li>Directs day to day human resources management for the assigned area, consulting with the Program Director in the areas of recruiting, hiring, disciplinary action, and terminations.</li><li>Provides ongoing training, feedback, and daily clinical supervision of staff, directly and indirectly, as defined by licensure and clinical privileges, consulting with the Program Director as needed.</li><li>Implements policies and procedures related to age/population specific program services, reviewing them with staff members at regular staff meetings and as needed.</li><li>Works with the Program Director to design and evaluates work processes to increase quality and efficiency in caring for assigned patient population and/or area.</li><li>Works with the Program Director to provide feedback for the budget process and to manage the financial resources of the assigned area.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts and supervises quality improvement activities, including participation in process improvement teams, data collection, resolution of customer complaints, and other projects as assigned by the Program Director.</li><li>Participates in public relations and marketing activities for the organization as needed</li><li>Provides direct care services as needed within scope of practice defined by licensure and clinical privileges.</li><li>Performs CPR and First Aid as needed.</li><li>Ensures that a welcoming, safe and healing environment is maintained for each patient and family throughout the continuum of care.</li><li>Recommends ways to improve the quality and delivery of services.</li><li>Ensures proper handling and distribution of company funds.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of company and patient information.</li><li>Reacts productively to change.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Supervises department staff in conjunction with the Program Director.
