This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs in both English and Spanish. The Trainer will play a key role in onboarding, compliance training, and continuous workforce development, while also supporting the HR team with translation and communication needs.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design, develop, and implement training programs from scratch for production, safety, quality, and compliance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver engaging training sessions in both English and Spanish for Team Members at all levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize Alchemy software to assign, track, and report on Team Member training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate and analyze training reports for leadership and HR</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate training materials, policies, procedures, and HR communications into Spanish and English</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a language resource for Team Members and management to ensure clear and effective communication</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support ongoing Team Member development initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with HR, Operations, Quality, and Safety teams to align training with business goals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist HR with Team Member engagement initiatives and communication strategies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training support at both company facilities, requiring minor local travel</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regular and reliable attendance is required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of training experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Alchemy LMS (or similar learning management systems)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create training content from the ground up</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) is a plus</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexibility is required to support business needs, including occasional adjustments to hours for annual trainings or special sessions</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Primarily based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and production areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand for extended periods during training sessions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Occasional lifting of training materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This job description is intended to summarize the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
