This role will help strengthen our internal reporting processes by assisting in the analysis and documentation of data gathered from digital platforms and public sources. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in qualitative research and audience analysis within a regional environmental NGO setting.</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in compiling and analyzing data for audience insights requests, including social media listening and desktop research.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to at least 1–2 audience insight reports by supporting data collection, simple analysis, or note-taking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in organizing and maintaining internal research documents for easier access and tracking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Gain basic understanding of social listening research methods and how the insights result are used in campaign planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in the launch of a new social listening tool in Greenpeace Southeast Asia, this includes coordinating with the supplier, coordinating with Greenpeace Southeast Asia attendees, supporting training and workshop sessions through scheduling, note-taking and other administrative tasks </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to handle emails, data entry, and document filing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good communication skills for internal coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Field of Study:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diploma or Degree holder</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communication studies or digital marketing studies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Deadline of Applications: 15th June 2026</span></p>",
