This role is located in Boston, MA.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Voice of the Customer</strong>: Act as the primary advocate for client needs and incorporate stakeholder feedback and testing</li><li><strong>Vision and Strategy:&nbsp;</strong>Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals</li><li><strong>Agile Leadership</strong>:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Create and maintain a prioritized list of user stories and requirements</li><li>Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement.</li><li>Provide timely feedback and clarification during development cycles.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Accept or reject completed work based on predefined criteria.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Strategic Alignment</strong>:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other product owners, communicating progress, risks and outcomes</li><li>Make implementation trade-off decisions to deliver products with minimal defects.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.&nbsp;</li><li>12+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 10 years in leadership positions.
