You’ll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with a professional attitude.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and ventilation systems</li>\n<li>Connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, ductwork, and controls per manufacturer specs and code</li>\n<li>Perform start-ups, testing, and adjustments for proper system operation</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with customers and team members on installation details</li>\n<li>Ensure all installations pass local code inspections and meet company quality standards</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation and system start-up forms in ServiceTitan</li>\n<li>Assist in training apprentices and support other technicians when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred</li>\n<li>Valid EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)</li>\n<li>Driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills</li>\n<li>Basic electrical and refrigerant knowledge</li>\n<li>Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with brands such as Trane, Mitsubishi, or Navien</li>\n<li>Sheet metal fabrication and duct installation skills</li>\n<li>Gas piping and venting experience</li>\n<li>ServiceTitan or similar software experience</li>\n<li>CT Mechanical contractors licence </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay </li>\n<li>Performance bonuses and overtime opportunities</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and retirement benefits</li>\n<li>Paid training and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Company vehicle and uniforms</li>\n</ul>",
