Headquartered in Colorado Springs CO, Exigo provides services to the Government in El Segundo CA, Boulder CO, Colorado Springs CO, Denver CO, Albuquerque NM, and the National Capital Region.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Senior Acquisition Advisor helps the ATF Systems Program Manager with all matters related to acquisition, to include: Acquisition strategy, acquisition reporting, senior level acquisition briefings/papers/correspondence, Congressional reporting, budget/finance, contracting, and other actions as requested by the customer.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>General Physical Demands</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)&nbsp;</li><li>Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents</li><li>Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within office environment</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs&nbsp;</li><li>Visual acuity for:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Reading screens and printed materials</li><li>Working with detailed technical diagrams</li></ul></li><li>Hearing and Speech<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ability to communicate clearly in person and via phone/video</li><li>Participate in classified discussions in secure areas</li></ul></li><li>Mobility<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ability to move within a secure facility including badge controlled areas</li><li>Occasional travel between buildings or to secure labs&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer or a closely related field&nbsp;</li><li>At least 15+ years of DoD/IC or relevant industry experience in program management supporting complex technical programs, with direct work in cybersecurity and systems engineering</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.</li><li>Experience with SOWs, PWSs, and contract/agile delivery frameworks</li><li>Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred 10+ years of cyber/IT experience</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">20+ years of DoD/IC or relevant industry experience in program management supporting complex technical programs, with direct work in cybersecurity and systems engineering</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer or a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li><li>PMP or equivalent program management certification.</li><li>Experience in SETA roles supporting a government program office</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organizational structure.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Responsible for Program Oversight, Stakeholder Management, Risk Compliance, Process Improvement, Budget and Resource Management&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible in providing systems engineering and architecture support&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate technical approach and cyber solutions, architect solutions integration within DCO-S framework</li><li>Supports and manages systems engineering team to support cyber capabilities design, prototyping, and implementation</li><li>Assists customer in defining technical scope and roadmaps&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors and evaluates budget and budget execution, contract execution and funding requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with all functions required by the Commander/Material Leader and staff.</li><li>Participates in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings and events as required by the Commander/Material Leader and staff.</li><li>Produces all artifacts necessary to advance the program through the Software Acquisition Pathway Phases.</li><li>Liaison to Operations, Tools and Techniques, Architecture, Sustainment, and other Flights as needed</li><li>Lead interface to Mission Delta 6, other Mission Deltas (CYSs), CFC, SSC/SSIO, Test Communities (17 TES &amp;
