font-size: 12pt\">Incorporate multimedia elements such as video, audio, and interactive simulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all learning content meets accessibility standards (i.e., WCAG) and quality benchmarks</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, instructional documentation and/or a related field</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience developing eLearning using course authoring tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
