    "description": "<p>Micronesian Legal Services Corporation seeks an experienced and committed attorney to lead its Anti-Domestic Violence Project, providing comprehensive civil legal services to survivors of domestic violence in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The attorney will manage a caseload, supervise project staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed legal advocacy to survivors.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Represent survivors of domestic violence in civil protection order, family law, housing, and related matters.</p>\n<p>Supervise and support project staff in providing coordinated client services.</p>\n<p>Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective, survivor-centered legal representation.</p>\n<p>Build partnerships with local agencies and community organizations to strengthen systemic responses to domestic violence.</p>\n<p>Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including timely data collection and reporting.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct outreach as part of MLSC’s public awareness efforts.</span></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<p>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the CNMI Bar, or eligibility for admission by waiver or examination.</p>\n<p>Demonstrated commitment to serving survivors of domestic violence and promoting access to justice.</p>\n<p>Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.</p>\n<p>Prior experience in family law, legal aid, or supervising legal staff preferred.</p>",
