The Director of Operations will be responsible for the financial health of the restaurants within their region, compliance with Leonard Management Inc./McDonalds corporate standards, food safety regulations, and the development of our leadership team.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Financial &amp; Operational Performance</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monitor the overall financial health of the restaurants/region, with direct ownership of Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements across all locations</li>\r\n\t<li>Track and manage key performance targets including food cost and labor costs to maximize profitability</li>\r\n\t<li>Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve company-wide financial and operational goals</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Leadership &amp; Team Development</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Directly supervise and mentor two (2) or more Supervisors&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to Area Supervisors and&nbsp;General Managers (GMs) across all locations</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate with and help support the Facilities Maintenance Team responsible for company maintenance, equipment upkeep, and capital project coordination</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure effective training programs are in place and executed to maintain operational standards and develop internal talent</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Corporate &amp; Vendor Relations</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Serve as the primary liaison with McDonald&#39;s Corporate staff, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring brand compliance</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate and lead preparations for McDonald&#39;s Corporate inspections and evaluations</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage communications and coordinate inspections with outside food safety vendors</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure readiness and compliance for local Health Department inspections across all locations</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Communication &amp; Meetings</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conduct biweekly meetings with General Managers and Supervisors at the company office to drive effective communication, alignment on company objectives, and operational consistency</li>\r\n\t<li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, facilities, and corporate support teams</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />\r\nRequired</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or food service operations management as an Area Supervisor</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&amp;Ls, food costs, and labor metrics</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent leadership and team development skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and health code compliance</li>\r\n\t<li>Live within the region you supervisor or the ability to arrive to a location within your region&nbsp;within 2 (two) hours&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>What We Offer</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Competitive salary&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Comprehensive benefits package</li>\r\n\t<li>Opportunity to lead a growing franchise operation with the support of a dedicated leadership team</li>\r\n\t<li>Professional development</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
