You’ll support event setup, execution, and guest engagement—ensuring every activation runs smoothly and delivers a fun, high-quality experience.</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute on-site promotions, events, and marketing activations</li>\n <li>Assist guests with participation, questions, and prize redemption</li>\n <li>Set up and break down event areas (signage, décor, materials, equipment)</li>\n <li>Transport and organize promotional supplies and equipment</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and organized prize inventory</li>\n <li>Support event logistics to ensure timelines and standards are met</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 19 years of age or older</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>1+ year of guest service experience (gaming or hospitality preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn marketing and promotional operations</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Licenses & Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Schedule & Work Environment</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>On-call schedule based on business and event needs</li>\n <li>Availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Frequent standing, walking, and physical event setup/tear-down</li>\n <li>Exposure to casino environment (noise, lighting effects, secondhand smoke)</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Core Competencies</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication & Guest Engagement</li>\n <li>Accountability & Reliability</li>\n <li>Adaptability & Flexibility</li>\n <li>Initiative & Teamwork</li>\n <li>Time Management & Organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></h3>\n<p>Ho-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
