Description
QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities: Handle, stage, and transport materials and waste according to established procedures Move totes between AR5 Solutions, Purification, and Services areas. Perform tote bag breakdown and waste disposal activities in accordance with site procedures and safety. Operate powered industrial vehicles safely and in compliance with site requirements. Follow written procedures and maintain compliance with manufacturing standards. Identify, report, and escalate equipment issues or process malfunctions. Maintain accuracy, organization, focus, and attention to detail during repetitive tasks. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing, operations, or military experience, or associate degree. Experience working in a GMP or another regulated environment. Working knowledge of GMP principles. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks throughout a shift. Ability to assemble, disassemble, operate, and understand simple to moderately complex equipment according to procedures. Basic understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system. Ability to follow written procedures and recognize and report malfunctions. Strong communication skills. High degree of focus and attention to detail. The position is part of a weekday team working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a 6-month contract role.
