      "content": "<div>\n<p>The Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the following systems and equipment:</p>\n<p><strong>Boilers &amp; Heating Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, appurtenances, and lines used in the distribution of steam and heated or processed water.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Refrigeration Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, traps, transfer pumps, expansion valves, stop valves, and float valves, along with all refrigerant lines and temperature control devices.</li>\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair pumps handling brines or other secondary refrigerating liquids, along with all related valves, appurtenances, and lines.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Air &amp; Gas Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair air compressors, distribution lines, and all valves and control devices.</li>\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair natural and manufactured gas distribution lines, including all valves and control devices.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Plumbing &amp; Water Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair water filters, softeners, piping, and pumps used in water distribution, including all sinks, toilet bowls, supply lines, drains, and water lines.</li>\n<li>Maintain and repair sanitary sewer systems, including sump pumps, basins, water closets, urinals, and piping.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Electrical Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair all electrical motors and engines used to power pumps, compressors, and fans.</li>\n<li>Maintain electrical power distribution and auxiliaries for the building's lighting, mechanical, plumbing, and control components, including lighting maintenance.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Fuel Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Operate, maintain, and repair fuel oil systems, including pumps, valves, lines, controls, and fuel tanks.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Additional Equipment</strong></p>\n\n<li>Maintain and repair trash compactors, including electrical and hydraulic systems.</li>\n<li>Maintain and repair kitchen equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain life safety and security systems.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Seasonal &amp; Preventive Maintenance</strong></p>\n\n<li>Maintain proper operation during seasonal changes and recalibrate controls to ensure energy-efficient operation.</li>\n<li>Maintain all equipment in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Program and manufacturer service specifications.</li>\n\n</div>"
