    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Checks in all stock orders upon receipt.</li><li>Notifies the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing from any type of order.</li><li>Keeps all parts shelves stocked using the space available in an efficient manner.</li><li>Receipts in all special-order parts.</li><li>Maintains a special-order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts.</li><li>Notifies the appropriate service manager when the special-order parts that were ordered for their team have been received.</li><li>Notifies the parts manager of special order parts that were ordered by the retail or wholesale counter.</li><li>Maintains a backorder file.</li><li>Assists in picking up emergency orders and making deliveries.</li><li>If an outside company is being used for the delivery, ensure that all the shipping requirements of that company have been met.</li><li>Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follows the dress code the company has put in place. Maintains a clean and neat work area.</li><li>Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.</li><li>Reports on time to work and follows schedule that is given. Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be at work on time.</li><li>Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.</li><li>Follows all company policies and procedures.
