We need a reliable executor who ships tactical SEO work every week: meta data, schema, hreflang fixes, technical ticket queue management with our IT team, and on-page optimisation across 30+ market sites. The role reports to our Head of Organic Marketing.<br><br>This is a tactical execution role. It is not an SEO audit role (we have an auditor in place), not a strategy role (we have a senior advisor), and not a content or PR role (handled separately). If you like shipping clean technical SEO work consistently rather than writing roadmaps, you’ll thrive here.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Implement on-page SEO across 30+ country sites: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking</li><li>Manage and ship technical SEO tickets in our project management system, working alongside the IT and development teams</li><li>Schema markup, structured data, and rich result implementation (Product, Review, Organization, Breadcrumb, FAQ)</li><li>Hreflang corrections, international SEO debugging, ccTLD and subdomain consistency</li><li>Sitemap, canonical, robots.txt, and indexation hygiene across all market versions</li><li>Core Web Vitals tactical improvements (image optimisation, lazy loading, render-blocking)</li><li>Redirect mapping and post-launch QA for migrations and category changes</li><li>Daily Search Console monitoring, surfacing crawl errors, indexation drops, and ranking issues</li><li>Localisation QA on SEO elements across translations</li><li>Light keyword research and content briefing support where required</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in an e-commerce or agency environment</li><li>Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush</li><li>Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JSON-LD schema, and regex</li><li>Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites is a strong plus (hreflang, ccTLDs, subdomains)</li><li>Comfortable working tickets in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools</li><li>Reliable, organised, and ships on time.
