At GustoMSC, we value innovation, teamwork, and excellence in execution.</p>\n     <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>A <strong>hybrid working model</strong> with significant offshore and international exposure.</li>\n      <li>The opportunity to work on <strong>cutting-edge offshore technology</strong> worldwide.</li>\n      <li>A strong engineering culture with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous learning.</li>\n      <li>Comprehensive onboarding, product, and safety training.</li>\n      <li>Long-term career development toward <strong>Senior Service Engineer or Technical Specialist roles.</strong></li>\n      <li>The chance to contribute directly to high-impact offshore and energy transition projects.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n     <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Perform commissioning, inspections, installation, upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting of offshore equipment, including cranes, jacking systems, skidding systems, and fixation systems.</li>\n      <li>Execute service activities across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and software disciplines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.</li>\n      <li>Supervise and support maintenance activities on imposed equipment during offshore and on-site operations.</li>\n      <li>Prepare work method statements, pre-job meetings, and toolbox talks prior to execution.</li>\n      <li>Provide technical support to customers during operations such as rig moves and jacking trials.</li>\n      <li>Report daily site activities and prepare accurate, structured service and commissioning reports in a timely manner.</li>\n      <li>Actively promote a strong safety and quality culture, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Provide technical customer support from the office when not offshore.</li>\n      <li>Participate in 24-hour call-out duties when required.</li>\n      <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and preventive actions within the department.</li>\n      <li>Support training and mentoring of less experienced engineers when applicable.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p>&nbsp;</p>\n     <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p>\n     <p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li><strong>MBO level 3/4 or HBO in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical discipline – ensures solid technical foundation.</strong></li>\n      <li><strong>Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industry or offshore equipment maintenance – demonstrates hands-on capability in similar environments.</strong></li>\n      <li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems – required for commissioning and troubleshooting activities.</li>\n      <li>Willingness to work internationally and <strong>offshore (minimum ~50%)</strong>, including evenings and weekends when required.</li>\n      <li>Good command of <strong>English</strong>, both written and spoken – essential for reporting and customer interaction.</li>\n      <li>Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams under offshore conditions.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Experience with PLC systems (Step 7 / TIA Portal preferred) – beneficial for diagnostics and commissioning.</li>\n      <li>Experience with GustoMSC or similar offshore systems, such as cranes, jacking, and skidding systems.</li>\n      <li>Valid offshore safety certifications in line with international regulations.</li>\n      <li>Strong customer-facing skills and structured reporting capabilities.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.</li>\n      <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n      <li>Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure offshore environments.</li>\n      <li>High level of safety awareness and personal accountability.</li>\n      <li>Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing project demands.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\n     <p>At GustoMSC, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact in one of the most dynamic sectors of the energy industry.
