This role will focus on industrial communications, SCADA integration, OT networking, Linux-based systems, and interoperability between BESS equipment, EMS/PCS systems, customer SCADA platforms, and utility interfaces.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols including Modbus, CANbus, RS-485, OPC UA, DNP3, and IEC 61850, along with practical experience integrating and troubleshooting SCADA and historian platforms such as Ignition and AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft PI).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position will work cross-functionally with engineering, commissioning, service, and customer teams to support commissioning activities, diagnose communication issues, validate data flow, and optimize system integration for utility-scale projects.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Configure, troubleshoot, and validate industrial communication systems including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Modbus TCP/IP</li><li>Modbus RTU</li><li>CANbus</li><li>RS-485 serial communications</li><li>OPC UA/OPC DA</li><li>DNP3</li><li>IED 61850</li><li>MQTT-based architectures</li></ul></li><li>Implement, deploy, and support SCADA systems for utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy projects.</li><li>Coordinate communication and integration between:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>BESS systems</li><li>PCS equipment</li><li>EMS platforms</li><li>Utility SCADA systems</li><li>PLCs</li><li>Third-party monitoring systems</li><li>Customer OT Infrastructure</li></ul></li><li>Support industrial automation, SCADA integration industrial networking, or energy storage systems.</li><li>Experience with utility-scale BESS or renewable energy systems.</li><li>Understanding of EMS, PCS, substation communication, and utility integration requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line environments.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting industrial communication networks and field devices.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols including:<ul
