These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Padlocker</strong></p>\n<p>Downingtown, PA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Starting pay rate from <strong>$21.70/hour - paid weekly</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2nd: 3:00pm - 11:00pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Moves WIP loads into and out of production areas using forklift</li>\n <li>Supplies empty pallets to Press and Padlocker</li>\n <li>Maintains organization of corrugate, roll and WIP storage areas ensuring product is separated by size, product or job number as appropriate</li>\n <li>Removes waste and recyclables (lap waste, roll covers, core plugs, etc.) from press area</li>\n <li>Performs daily forklift inspections while ensuring weekly checklist is completed</li>\n <li>Completes all necessary paperwork for receipt of raw materials and enters information into SAP as appropriate</li>\n <li>Supplies and stages corrugate for the Finishing Department</li>\n <li>Supplies and stages rolls for the press</li>\n <li>Assists OPMR in tagging and putting inks/solvents into chemical storage</li>\n <li>Assist in Shipping as required</li>\n <li>Load Scrap bale truck recording tags as appropriate</li>\n <li>Receives and stores sundry items (shrink wrap, paper products, etc.) as required</li>\n <li>Bands and wraps loads for shipment when necessary</li>\n <li>Performs duties of Padlocker/Baler as required</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties that contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) and applies good mathematical reasoning</li>\n <li>The ability to read and understand safety protocols and equipment manuals written in English is required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable machines to operate, troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs </li>\n <li>Competency in forklift operations strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to be detail oriented</li>\n <li>Positive work attitude and willingness to cooperate</li>\n <li><p>HS diploma or GED equivalent is required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
