This role is critical to maintaining the safe and efficient flow of trailers within our yard. The ideal candidate has a strong safety focus and thrives in the fast-paced environment of a logistics and distribution center.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Safely and efficiently move trailers between dock doors, staging areas, and designated parking spots.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all yard tractors and trailers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure all parked trailers are properly chocked, secured, and sealed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain precise and up-to-date records of trailer locations and movements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and operations teams to coordinate trailer activity.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Promptly identify and report any equipment malfunctions, potential hazards, or safety concerns.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and obstruction-free yard environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Support other yard and site-related tasks as required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Valid Class A Commercial Driver&#39;s License (CDL).</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Current and valid DOT Medical Card.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be in active compliance with the DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">A clean driving record with a proven history of safe operations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">A minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role is strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proficiency in operating yard tractors in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;
