    "description_html": "<p>Job Purpose</p><p>The Pediatric ABA Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of a licensed behavior analyst,</p><p>provides 1:1 ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related</p><p>developmental disabilities. The hours of direct service are provided throughout the day and technicians</p><p>are expected to bill 25 to 30 hours per week.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide 1:1 behavior intervention services in the clinic for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.</li><li>Implement educational and clinical behavioral programs as directed by the Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst</li><li>Collect data, as directed by the Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst, during every session</li><li>Collaborate with Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst in developing programming to meet individualized goals and objectives for each individual on caseload</li><li>Maintain and modify client materials (e.g., teaching materials) as directed by the Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst and VIA policy</li><li>Conduct caregiver training as necessary</li><li>Attend regular team meetings with the Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst to review client progress</li><li>Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by Supervisor</li><li>Maintain a billable caseload as required by the program director and document billable hours according to VIA policy and state and federal regulation</li></ul><p>Punctuality/Attendance</p><ul><li>Employee comes to work when scheduled</li><li>Attends meetings as scheduled by supervisor and administrative staff</li><li>Maintains weekly schedule and communicates availability to entire team as required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Position Type</p><p>This is a full-time position. This position involves working with clients who exhibit challenging and/or</p><p>aggressive behavior.</p>",
