    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Inova Physical Therapy - Ballston</strong> is looking for an outpatient <strong>Physical Therapist </strong>to join our outstanding team. This position is PRN or as needed for intermittent coverage needs. Clinic Hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00am -7:00p, Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. We offer 1:1 patient treatment model, a formal mentorship program and a commitment to continuing education and personal growth. &nbsp;</p><p><i>Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.</i> <i>We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.&nbsp;</i></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Physical Therapist&nbsp;(PT) Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Licensure:&nbsp;</strong>Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>BLS through the American Heart Association upon start</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Preferred Qualification:</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Physical Therapist (PT) experience</span></li></ul>",
