Why This Role Is Important Goodman Community Center operates in a complex environment that includes mission-driven programming, youth workforce participation, community-centered operations, participant employment integration, and a multi-department organizational structure. Reporting directly to the President and providing leadership to the HR Business Partner and Human Resources Assistant positions, this role is critical to ensuring the organization maintains: Stable and effective workforce systems Strong leadership accountability Healthy organizational culture Sustainable staffing structures Legal and regulatory compliance Employee development and retention strategies Consistent employee relations practices Effective organizational communication and change management Alignment between workforce operations and mission outcomes This role is critical to ensuring the organization maintains strong workforce systems, leadership accountability, organizational culture, employee development, workforce sustainability, and legal compliance while supporting mission-aligned operations and long-term organizational effectiveness.
