    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy across funded and proposal efforts </p>\n<p>• Develop and execute cleared hiring strategies, including TS/SCI and polygraph recruitment </p>\n<p>• Partner with Growth and Proposal teams to support staffing for competitive bids and key personnel </p>\n<p>• Build scalable recruiting processes, pipelines, and performance metrics to support high-volume hiring </p>\n<p>• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, labor market trends, and hiring strategy </p>\n<p>• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting organization </p>\n<p>• Establish accountability and performance standards across recruiting teams </p>\n<p>• Collaborate with business leaders and program managers to align hiring priorities</p>\n<p> • Serve as escalation point for critical hiring needs and executive-level searches</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• 12+ years of progressive experience in Government Contracting recruiting </p>\n<p>• Expertise in Intelligence Community (IC) and cleared recruiting environments </p>\n<p>• Proven success supporting proposal-driven hiring and capture efforts </p>\n<p>• Strong knowledge of security clearance processes and compliance requirements</p>\n<p>• Experience in managing a team of recruiters, performance management and professional development </p>\n<p>• Experience scaling recruiting operations in a high-growth environment </p>\n<p>• Proven experience managing recruiting teams, including performance management, coaching and professional development of recruiters </p>\n<p>• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, and large federal programs </p>\n<p>• Established network within cleared and IC talent communities </p>\n<p>• Experience leading both funded and proposal recruiting functions </p>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree desired</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Director of Employment</strong> to join our corporate team.
