If you&#39;re ready to be part of a dynamic company with a rich history and a bright future, we invite you to explore our available opportunities and become a part of the Klosterman family, where tradition meets innovation in the world of baked goods.</p><p>------</p><p><strong>Roles&amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and direct work activities performed by engineering staff</li><li>Maintain productivity while following rules and guidelines set by the Company/Union Collective Bargaining Agreement</li><li>Ensure employees adhere to Safety and Best Work Practices including GMP, LOTO, Hot Work, etc</li><li>Collaborate with representatives from other departments to achieve the best possible outcome for the company when issues arise</li><li>Communicate effectively through various channels regarding safety, productivity, material handling and elevate concerns in a clear, quick, and concise manner</li><li>Review preventative maintenance schedules and identify ways to increase efficiency and reduce unscheduled downtime</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Metrics Measured as a Part of this Position:</strong></p><ul><li>Preventative Maintenance completion rate by Engineering Technicians (daily, weekly, monthly)</li><li>Scheduled vs. Unscheduled downtime and costs associated</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with 3 phase and low voltage power including 480vac</li><li>Experience with fasteners, precision measurement tools, gearboxes, bearings, rotating equipment, and assembly/disassembly of machinery</li><li>Experience Welding and Fabrication</li><li>Experience with photo eyes, prox. switches, etc.</li><li>Experience with broad range of hand tools</li><li>Strong teamwork capabilities</li><li>Familiar with general plumbing using PVC, Copper, stainless steel, and black iron pipe</li><li>Able to push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver in tight places (in and around machinery)</li><li>Preventive maintenance planning to plant equipment, machinery and facilities Commented [AL1]: Capitalize Responsibilities</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or other problems using schematics, drawings, manuals, multi-meters, etc. <strong>Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical controls and circuits</strong></li><li>Understand PLC operations and troubleshoot from a nonprogrammer level.</li><li>Hands-on front line leadership- willing to perform routine tasks, such as set-ups, cleaning, lubricating, and starting equipment</li><li>Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office applications <strong>Operate forklifts and scissor lift</strong></li><li>IT skills, must have utilized a preventative management tool such as <strong>FIIX</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Education &amp; Certifications For This Role:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>At Least 3 - 5 years working in an industrial environment</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>3-5 Years Experience in Management and Supervision</strong></li><li>Team Based Management Skills</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
