De Kans De HR Site Advisor is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van dagelijkse HR-ondersteuning op locatie, en zorgt voor consistente toepassing van HR-praktijken, een sterke werknemerservaring en naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en arbeidswetgeving. Deze rol brengt HR direct naar de operatie – ondersteuning van leidinggevenden en medewerkers in real time, het vroegtijdig oplossen van problemen en ervoor zorgen dat wereldwijde HR-programma’s praktisch, consistent en afgestemd op bedrijfsbehoeften worden uitgevoerd. Wat je gaat doen Employee Relations & Frontline Support Advies geven aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden over werkgerelateerde zaken, zoals aanwezigheid, prestaties en gedrag, waarbij problemen tijdig en in lijn met bedrijfsbeleid en arbeidsnormen worden opgelost. Zorgen voor naleving van arbeidswetgeving, gezondheids- en veiligheidsnormen en interne beleidsregels, inclusief correcte documentatie volgens audit- en wettelijke vereisten. Frontlinie-leidinggevenden ondersteunen bij dagelijkse personeelsvoering, verwachtingen versterken, consistentie in besluitvorming verbeteren en leiderschapsvaardigheden op locatie versterken. Beleid & Programma-uitvoering HR-beleid, procedures en programma’s consistent toepassen en zorgen dat deze duidelijk worden gecommuniceerd, begrepen en effectief uitgevoerd binnen de organisatie. Dagelijks advies geven aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden over praktische werkzaken zoals werktijden, roosters, aanwezigheid, overuren, verlof en vakanties. Ondersteunen van naleving van wetgeving, bedrijfsbeleid en operationele vereisten door nauwkeurige documentatie en tijdige escalatie van kwesties. Samenwerken met leidinggevenden om eerlijke en consistente toepassing van beleid te waarborgen, met balans tussen operationele en medewerkersbehoeften. Assisteren bij coördinatie en administratie van HR-programma’s en processen, met focus op tijdige opvolging en effectiviteit. Lokale Werving, Onboarding & Integratie Samenwerken met hiring managers bij wervingsactiviteiten, inclusief interviews, selectie en aanbiedingen. Coördineren en ondersteunen van onboardingactiviteiten, zodat nieuwe medewerkers goed integreren en succesvol starten. Zorgen voor een consistente en positieve onboardingervaring vanaf dag één. Nieuwe medewerkers ondersteunen bij het opbouwen van relaties en begrip van cultuur, beleid en werkwijze. Kansen identificeren om onboarding, betrokkenheid en retentie te verbeteren. HR Operations & Data-integriteit Ondersteunen van de volledige employee lifecycle, inclusief indiensttreding, wijzigingen, verlof en uitdiensttreding, met accurate en volledige administraties. HR-systemen en personeelsgegevens nauwkeurig onderhouden ter ondersteuning van rapportage, compliance, payroll en personeelsplanning. The Opportunity The HR Site Advisor is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR support at the site level, ensuring consistent application of people practices, strong employee experience, and compliance with company policies and employment standards. HR Operations & Data Integrity Support employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, leaves, performance documentation, and offboarding, ensuring employee records and HR records are accurate, complete and maintained per company standards and legal requirements. Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, and workforce data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, supporting reporting, compliance, payroll, benefits, scheduling, and operational workforce planning needs. Provide practical day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR processes, policies, documentation requirements, and employee lifecycle activities, helping ensure consistency, clarity, and timely resolution of issues. Support leaders in navigating employee matters by providing guidance on documentation, attendance, scheduling, time-off administration, policy interpretation, and escalation processes, while partnering with senior HR team members on more complex situations. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities that strengthen operational efficiency, employee experience, compliance, and data integrity across HR practices and systems.
