    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>UnityPoint Health is looking to add a <strong>experienced</strong> Neonatology NP to their 3 Physician and 2 Nurse Practitioner's group in Bettendorf, IA & Moline, IL. </p>\n<p>  This position offers:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent salary and benefit package</li>\n <li>Signing Bonus</li>\n <li>CME Allowance</li>\n <li>Coverage at Level II+ Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) - Trinity Bettendorf, IA & Trinity Moline, IL</li>\n <li>2-8 Patients average daily census</li>\n <li>Service provided for 30wks GA infants and up</li>\n <li><p>Approximately 80 hours every 2 weeks, with variable coverage between days and night.</p></li>\n <li><p>One Friday night per month and 1 full weekend coverage per month. Backup by Attending MD </p></li>\n <li>Part of Vermont Oxford Network (VON)</li>\n <li>Dedicated staff and specially trained Nurses in providing emergency Neonatal care and resuscitation. </li>\n <li>EMR: Neodata and EPIC (Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination)</li>\n <li>Pediatric Subspecialties and Maternal Fetal Medicine services available 24/7 by telemedicine consult</li>\n <li>Newly expanded/renovated NICU with single family rooms and multiples room</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve</li>\n <li>Best outcome, Every patient, Every time</li>\n <li>Connect with each person treating them with courtesy, compassion, empathy and respect</li>\n <li>Commit to the best outcomes and highest quality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold a current and unrestricted license or certification, as applicable, in the Advanced Practitioner's field of practice in the state(s) in which Advanced Practitioner provides services - both IL & IA needed</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team member</li>\n <li><strong>Level III NICU NP experience is needed</strong></li>\n <li><p><strong>Must be experienced with intubations/placing umbilical lines/NRP</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>PICC line experience is preferred but will train if needed </p></li>\n</ul>",
