    "description": "<p> RAMC is excited to offer a unique opportunity through our Clinical Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> As a Medical Assistant Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced care teams while receiving formal training and mentorship—all while being paid to learn.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM-6 PM (Hours could vary)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do: </span></p>\n<p>As a Medical Assistant Apprentice, you’ll provide a blend of clinical, technical, and clerical support in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Under the guidance of providers, nurses, and preceptors, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with direct patient care across the lifespan—from infants to seniors</li>\n<li>Support routine procedures, examinations, and documentation</li>\n<li>Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting their psychosocial needs</li>\n<li>Learn the skills to become a confident, competent Medical Assistant upon program completion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills </li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to sit, stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and reach as needed</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a clinical environment with occasional exposure to odors, cleaning agents, and bodily fluids<br></li>\n<li>Function independently while maintaining teamwork and professionalism</li>\n</ul>",
