and engineers to construct a variety of standard and customized (Engineered to Order) telescopic seating components while working in a personal workspace at a welding bench.  The Bench Welder/Fabricator welds using the MIG process on sheet metal in various thicknesses with gauges and very little to no base material preparation or post weld requirements.  We offer in-house welding qualifications in accordance with the American Welding Society and opportunity for qualification directly with the Canadian Welding Bureau.  We will also provide in-house training or support outside training for individuals seeking to further their welding knowledge and/or credentials.</span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"> </p>\n\n<p sans-serif;\">Organize production schedule, understand, and adhere to product acceptability requirements.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Maintain consistent and accurate records and maintain accurate inventory counts.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Read and interpret engineered drawings and welding symbols.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Design and fabricate temporary welding fixtures for custom work when standard fixturing is not available. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,
