We are looking for someone who combines financial management responsibilities and hands-on accounting duties, supporting fund operations, audits, and reporting.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(142, 199, 64); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Financial Management &amp; Accounting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and expense tracking across regional entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the preparation of management reports, fund financial statements, and audit documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and process monthly payroll for Egypt staff  in coordination with HR.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify, recommend, and manage the implementation of new accounting and financial management tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop financial forecasts and cash flow projections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to improve cost efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support strategic planning through financial analysis and reporting.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Fund Administration Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in fund cash management, capital call tracking, and expense allocation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain basic fund records and ensure data accuracy for investor reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the investment team with financial inputs during fundraising, deployment, and exit processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with banks, legal advisors, and fund administrators to facilitate smooth financial operations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by management, investors, and authorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations across operating jurisdictions (North Africa, GCC, Sub-Saharan Africa).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain up-to-date licenses, registrations, and governance documentation for fund and management entities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align financial operations with organizational goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and service providers.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(142, 199, 64); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Profile Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">7+ years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting; experience in VC, PE, or fund management is an advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with accounting softwares</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional and regional teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Tech savvy and strong operational experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills in English. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 62, 73);
