This role involves close collaboration with global teams and continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Windows and Linux desktop applications.<br>- Perform manual testing for functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory scenarios.<br>- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, C#, and Shell scripting.<br>- Implement automation frameworks for desktop UI testing using tools such as FlaUI, Robot Framework, and NUnit.<br>- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.<br>- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align QA activities with development cycles.<br>- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.<br>- (Plus) Support dashboard creation for ticket management and reporting.<br>- (Plus) Perform API testing when applicable.<br><br>Qualifications<br>- 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA processes.<br>- Ability to communicate effectively in English with international team members.<br>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Preferred Skills<br>- Coding skills in Python, C#, and Shell scripting for test automation.<br>- Hands-on experience with desktop automation tools and frameworks.<br>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Bitbucket/Git).<br>- Experience with Jira for defect tracking and Bamboo for build/deployment.</p>",
