This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in ensuring quality and consistency in every product.</p>\n<p>As an Inspector/Grader, you’ll be responsible for evaluating materials and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll carefully inspect, sort, and grade items based on quality, condition, and specifications while maintaining accurate records. You’ll also work closely with production teams to identify issues, support continuous improvement, and help keep operations running efficiently.
