The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, project management, a deep understanding of CPP systems, and the ability to lead a team in delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role will require hybrid attendance in our Cleveland, OH office.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>Technology Strategy and Management</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and applications that support the CPP application. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with CPP management and other stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs. </li>\n <li>Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into existing CPP processes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. </li>\n <li>Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. </li>\n <li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user experience. </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data security and privacy. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with IT teams to integrate emerging technologies and best practices into CPP operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Leadership and Team Management</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT team.</li>\n <li>Manage resource allocation and project prioritization to ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT initiatives.</li>\n <li>Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and alignment with departmental goals.</li>\n <li>Overseeing a team of about 15-20 Software Developers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Project or Work Request Management</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects related to CPP, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.</li>\n <li>Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and cost constraints.</li>\n <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and risks are mitigated.</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Stakeholder Collaboration</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a liaison between the CPP department and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and priorities.</li>\n <li>Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements in CPP operations.</li>\n <li>Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement technological solutions that enhance CPP processing.</li>\n <li>Represent the CPP IT function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Education and Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry, preferably in policy system technology.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT development delivery from inception to completion.</li>\n <li>Experience with policy systems, data management, and analytics tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills and Competencies</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.</li>\n <li>Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
