This role goes beyond managing receivables—it is responsible for improving cash flow, strengthening financial discipline, and ensuring billing and collections processes align with both operational realities and customer expectations. Financial Performance</strong></span></i></p><ul><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Own and optimize key working capital metrics (DSO, aging, cash conversion cycle).&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Develop and execute strategies to improve cash flow and reduce past due balances.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Monitor AR trends and risks, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Partner with FP&amp;A and operations to align billing, collections, and cash flow priorities.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Leadership and Team Development</strong></span></i></p><ul><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Provide direct leadership and direction to the AR/Credit team.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across roles.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and engaged team culture.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Process Improvement &amp;
