Newtown Park Hotel is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. What You Will Be Doing Food Preparation & Service — Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all service periods. Section Management — Taking ownership of your designated section, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets all operational requirements. Quality & Standards — Maintaining high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with HACCP procedures. Team Collaboration — Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment. Stock & Kitchen Organisation — Assisting with stock rotation, minimising waste, and ensuring all ingredients are stored and handled correctly. What We’re Looking For Culinary Experience — Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up. Strong Work Ethic — Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional food quality. Team‑Focused Mindset — A positive, supportive colleague who contributes to a collaborative kitchen environment. Ability to Perform Under Pressure — Comfortable working in a busy kitchen while maintaining high standards. Attention to Detail — Passion for presentation, taste, and consistency in every dish.
